A1 Development Limited is incorporated in the Republic of South Sudan as a company limited by shares under the Companies Act 2012, with its registered office in Juba. Our mandate spans three integrated divisions: solar energy systems, water & irrigation infrastructure, and information technology.
We combine local presence — local staff, local partnerships, and a direct commitment to South Sudanese law and procurement procedure — with the engineering, procurement, construction and project-management experience of our wider international network, including A1 Solar’s renewable-energy engineering team.

A1 Development Limited is incorporated in Juba, Republic of South Sudan, as a company limited by shares under the Companies Act 2012.
July 2026 — Engagement with the Ministry of Water Resources & Irrigation
A1 Development formally registers its interest in participating in national water resources and irrigation tenders, expressions of interest and prequalification procedures.
Ongoing — Building three divisions
Growing our solar energy, water & irrigation, and IT services divisions — drawing on A1 Solar’s international engineering network and 25 years of IT and public-sector experience.

Zoltán leads A1 Development Limited on behalf of the company, representing A1 Development in engagements with government institutions, partners and clients across South Sudan’s solar, water and IT sectors.

Our solar division is delivered through A1 Solar, an established solar-energy engineering group active in Hungary, Zanzibar and other African markets, whose wider team has contributed to nearly 5,000 installations internationally. This relationship gives A1 Development proven engineering, project-management and installation-quality standards to apply across South Sudan.
